Rebecca DeCesaro
Becky has 20 years experience in the investment business. Currently she is a Managing Director at First Republic Investment Management and previously she was employed as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at U.S. Trust for just under six years. Becky started her career in 1987 when she took a position at Morgan Stanley in New York. She has extensive institutional knowledge and experience and has been employed by various investment banking and money management firms including Montgomery Securities (San Francisco), Charles Schwab Corp (Denver) and Brown Brothers Harriman (Boston). Her portfolio management duties began in 1994 when she assumed the position of Chief Investment Officer for the Merchants Trust Company. Becky received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Montana State University.
Becky currently is on the Board at Marylhurst University, Neighborhood House and New Leadership Oregon. In addition, she is an active volunteer at Northwest Children’s Outreach, numerous soccer clubs associated with the Oregon Youth Soccer Association and a member of the Women's Investing Network affiliated with the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum.

Lawrence W. "Tige" Harris
Tige has over 37 years experience in the investment business. He joined C.J. Lawrence & Son in New York City in 1969 as a forest products and farm machinery analyst. In 1974, he moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, where he managed international portfolios for Ivory & Sime. In 1977, he returned to Portland and worked for a venture capital firm before joining Capital Consultants as Chief Investment Officer. Tige returned to the UK in 1984 as Chief Investment Officer for Equities at Lombard Odier in London. He was President of Lombard Odier USA in New York City from 1993 to 1996. Thereafter, he returned to Portland as Chief Investment Officer for U.S. Trust’s Pacific Northwest Region and was appointed Managing Director in 2004. In 2006, Tige took his present job as Senior Managing Director for First Republic Investment Management in Portland. Tige received a BA in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.
Tige serves on the Boards of the Mt. Angel Abbey Foundation, Education Empowerment Fund, Oregon Episcopal School, and Pacific University. He chairs the Investment Committees of the latter two institutions.

Wake Mack
Prior to joining First Republic Investment Management, Wake worked for 13 years with US Trust where he served as a Business Development Officer. His years of experience in law, business, and finance support his commitment to serving individuals, corporations, and charitable entities at First Republic Investment Management. Wake received a B.A. in Economics from Notre Dame and became a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Willamette College of Law. Previously, he was the owner and President of Killham Stationery & Printing Company, and he practiced law as a partner with Westover, Currey, Matsen & Mack in Newport Beach, California.

Rex L. Wardlaw
Rex manages assets for clients in both the Portland and Seattle offices of First Republic Investment Management. His responsibilities include ongoing investment research and asset allocation work for clients. Rex has direct responsibility for managing the Seattle office and also contributes to the investment research and management effort of the Portland team. Prior to joining First Republic Investment Management, Rex was Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for US Trust from 1999 to 2006. From 1986 to 1999, Rex was a Commercial Loan Officer, Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager in the First Interstate of Oregon Trust Department and its successor firm, Wells Fargo Capital Management. At Wells Capital Management, Rex served as Managing Director of the Value Group, managing over $3 billion in equity mutual funds and institutional investments.
Rex is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society in Seattle, Washington. He also serves on the Investment Committee of the Archdiocese of Portland and is a member of the Transportation Sub-committee for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce.

Jeffrey K. Yandle
Prior to joining First Republic Investment Management, Jeff served in a similar capacity as Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for US Trust from 1997 to 2006. Before that, he was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for Wells Fargo from 1993 to 1997. Jeff’s previous experience also includes five years with the Institutional Investment Department of First Interstate Bank and three years on the bond trading desk as a registered representative at Black and Company, Inc. Jeff has over 20 years experience in the investment business. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Portland and a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Jeff currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Portland Habitat for Humanity. Jeff also serves as a board member for the McDonald Center in Portland, Oregon and the LaSalle Education Foundation. He is on the Finance Committee of the Mt. Angel Abbey Foundation and is a volunteer educator in the Banking On Our Future program in Portland area high schools. He is currently a member of the University Club in Portland. Past affiliations include the Metropolitan Family Services Board and Pastoral Council at St. Ignatius Church in Southeast Portland.

Stephanie Young
Stephanie brings over 18 years of experiences in the financial arena. Prior to joining First Republic Investment Management, Stephanie worked for US Trust as a portfolio manager. Her specialty is helping clients develop appropriate asset allocations to facilitate them in obtaining their financial goals and objectives. Stephanie has worked in the banking and investment industry since 1989. Stephanie's previous experience includes nine years at First Interstate/Wells Fargo Bank as a Branch Manager and finally as a Fraud Analyst.
Stephanie is an active volunteer with Friends of Doernbecher Children's Hospital and a sponsor for Oregon Sustainability Angels (a group which provides mentoring to early-stage companies to help them achieve market leadership in "sustainable" business opportunities).
