A. Alexander Arnold, III, CIC

Alex has over 39 years of investment experience. He joined First Republic Investment Management's predecessor, Trainer Wortham in 1969 and is a Managing Director and a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Prior to this, he was an Investment Officer at the United States Trust Company of New York. He began his career, in Finance, at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1966. Alex earned a B.A. from Rollins College in 1964, followed by an M.B.A. from Boston University in 1966.

Michael A. Felson

A Senior Managing Director at IBJ Whitehall Asset Management for 30 years, Michael joined First Republic Investment Management in 2002. He began his career in 1968 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank. Michael holds an AA and a BA from Queens College and an MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College.

H. Williamson Ghriskey, Jr.

Bill has over 38 years of investment experience. Prior to his current position, he worked at the Bank of New York. He is a past President and Chairman of the Investment Counsel Association of America. Bill received his BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MBA from Rutgers University.

Catherine Y. Jackson, CFA, CIMA®

Kit has 15 years experience in the investment business. She has been a Managing Director at First Republic Investment Management since 1998. During her time at First Republic she has served as an Equity Analyst, Director of Research, and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining First Republic, Kit was a Senior Vice President of Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co., where she managed Ontario International, an off-shore international mutual fund and also served as an equity analyst. She began her investment career at Dean Witter Reynolds in ADR research in 1992. Kit received her BA in History and Political Science from Tufts University and her MBA from Georgetown University; she also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Kit is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Garrison Forest School, located in Owings Mills, Maryland, where she serves on the investment and finance committees. In New York, Kit is an active supporter of the Fresh Air Fund, where she volunteers her time to tutor middle school children in the organization's Career Awareness Program.

Arthur Pensato

Arthur has been in the investment business for over 10 years. He joined the firm in 2000 and is currently a Vice President with First Republic Investment Management. During this time, he served as an Equity analyst focusing on the Consumer and Industrials sectors. Prior to assuming his current role at First Republic Investment Management, Arthur served as a Performance Analyst at both NeubergerBerman and Invesco working primarily on Performance Attribution Analysis. A Registered Investment Advisor, Arthur also is Series 7 & 63 licensed. He holds a BS in Accounting from St. John's University and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

H. Denis Toner III

Denis has been a Managing Director at First Republic Investment Management since 2005. Before joining the firm, he was associated with Citigroup Asset Management from 1997 to 2005 where he served as Managing Director/Head of US Portfolio Management for an investment team that was responsible for a $9 billion US investment strategy focused on individuals, families, foundations and fund management. During his tenure with Citigroup, Denis served on the Board of Directors for Citigroup Trust N.A. Florida/California, as Chairman of the Personal Investment Review Committee and the Collective Investment Funds and on the Global Asset Management Committee. He also directly managed $1.1 billion in family/foundation assets as well as the Citibank Equity Fund and the Citibank Balanced Fund. Prior to his tenure with Citigroup, Denis was a Vice President/Senior Portfolio Manager at Bankers Trust Company in New York City from 1989 to 1997. He received his BA from Dickinson College in 1988 and serves on the Socially Responsible Investment Committee of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
