Henry Brinck
Henry joined First Republic Investment Management as Managing Director of Fixed Income in 2008 and is based in San Francisco. Prior to First Republic, he was the Director of Fixed Income for Thomas Weisel Partners where he worked since 1999. Henry began his career with Montgomery Securities where he was a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Henry has broad experience working with taxable and tax-exempt fixed income with a primary focus on investment grade credits. Henry received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

William W. Marden III
Prior to joining First Republic Investment Management, Bill worked with People’s Bank as a Senior Portfolio Manager, involved primarily in mortgage-related investments. He was also a Portfolio Manager and a Trader at WP Capital Management, L.P. His background further includes tenure as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bear Stearns. He holds a BS from Cornell University and an MSE from Princeton University.

Jonathan Crowley
Prior to joining First Republic Investment Management, Jonathan worked with People’s Bank for more than a decade, serving most recently as First Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. In this role, he managed the bank's investment portfolio. Jonathan holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport.

Michael Martini
Michael joined First Republic Investment Management after serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at Pareto Partners. Prior to this, he worked in the Futures and Foreign Currency Accounting area of Salomon Smith Barney, having begun his career at Caxton Corporation as an Operations Specialist. Michael holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
